The Labor and Commerce Committee considered HOUSE BILL NO.                     
130 An Act adding limited liability companies and limited liability            
partnerships to the organizations that can be authorized to practice           
architecture, engineering, land surveying, and landscape architecture;         
and relating to state and municipal contracts for architectural,               
engineering, land surveying, and landscape architectural services and          
recommended it be replaced with                                                
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 130(L&C)                                         
An Act adding limited liability companies and                                  
limited liability partnerships to the organizations that                       
can be authorized to practice architecture,                                    
engineering, land surveying, and landscape                                     
architecture; relating to the review of drawings and                           
specifications for compliance with building codes;                             
and relating to state and municipal contracts for                              
architectural, engineering, land surveying, and                                
landscape architectural services.
